Started his career at Domain Properties upon graduation with B.Sc. (Hons) Property Management from University of Technology, Malaysia.
He is a member of The Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM). Chong’s experience in valuation and consultancy for retail and corporate clients covers a wide spectrum of properties i.e. housing development schemes, retail complexes and large plantations especially for corporate purposes and financing.
He also has vast experience in Compulsory Land Acquisition, Project Marketing and conducted Market & Feasibility Study for many property developments.
Apart from managing Subang Jaya Office, Chong also oversees Penang Office as well.
