Started his career at City Valuers and Consultant Sdn Bhd upon graduation with B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management from University of Malaya.

He is a member of The Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM). Ooi’s experience in valuation and consultancy for retail and corporate clients covers a wide spectrum of properties i.e. housing development schemes, retail complexes and large plantations especially for corporate purposes and financing.

He also has vast experience in Compulsory Land Acquisition, Project Marketing and conducted Market & Feasibility Study for many property developments.
