The Ipoh office—operating under MacReal International (Perak) Sdn Bhd—was incorporated separately on 9 December 2021, reflecting our continued expansion and presence in the Perak region. The Ipoh Branch maintains the same four core divisions as our original office: Administrative Support Division, Real Estate and Business Valuation Division, Plant & Machinery/Marine Surveying Division, and the Estate Agency Division.

From a small one man operation in 2006, the office has grown to a sizeable firm with a total present staff strength of 6.
Ipoh Branch is one of the four branches operating under MacReal International, which consists of a total of seven divisions, including three Principal Offices and four Branches located across Malaysia.
The Ipoh Branch comprises four main divisions, namely the Administrative Support Division, Real Estate and Business Valuation Division, Plant & Machinery/Marine Surveying Division, and the Estate Agency Division.
As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), MacReal International – Ipoh Branch supports various local initiatives focused on uplifting the community in and around the Perak region. Sr Izham Bin Abdul Aziz, MRISM

- Member of Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM)
Sr Izham is the Resident Valuer at the Perak office of MacReal International Sdn Bhd.
He is a member of Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM).
He completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Property Management at University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 2002. He has more than 18 years of working experience in Property and Real Estate, which include valuation, research & consultancy as well as estate agency. Prior to joining MacReal International Sdn Bhd in 2022, Sr Izham was the Perak Branch Manager of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd.
