Sr Ooi serves as the Director of the Penang Branch. He joined MacReal International in 2007 and established the Penang Branch the same year.
Started his career at City Valuers and Consultant Sdn Bhd upon graduation with B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management from University of Malaya.
His expertise spans retail and corporate valuations for various purposes, including credit security, compulsory land acquisitions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as preparing reports for submission to authorities in multiple countries. He had also acted successfully as exclusive marketing agents for commercial, residential and office projects on behalf of developers and owners. His current responsibility is to lead and develop the entire services of the company.

Mr Tang serves as the Associate Director of the Penang Branch. He joined MacReal International in 2025.
Over the course of his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in property valuation covering broad range of asset types which include residential & commercial properties, shopping malls, hypermarkets, hotels, development lands, plantations, factory complexes and mining complexes. He is also well experienced in conducting valuation for accounting firms, credit firms, legal firms, the Security Commission Malaysia, Indah Water Konsortium and others for various purposes. His current responsibility is to build an effective team by hiring, training and developing them to deliver on overall operational goals.
