It is the pioneer office of MacReal Valuers & Realtors Sdn Bhd which was originally established in Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan in May 2006. In 2008,we relocated to our present address in Queen’s Avenue and the company was renamed MacReal International Sdn Bhd.

It has four main divisions namely Administrative Support Division, Real Estate and Business Valuation Division, Plant & Machinery/Marine Surveying Division and the Estate Agency Division.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), MacReal KL has adopted Desa Amal Jireh (Jireh Charity Village), a charity village located in Broga, Semenyih. DESA AMAL JIREH is a private, independent welfare organization registered with the Government Welfare Department and the Registrar of Societies with Tax-Exemption status. MacReal KL has been contributing monthly to its building fund since 2009.
Upon successful completion of Desa Amal Jireh’s Building Fund contribution in 2014, we have started to support the World Vision in their Child Sponsorship Programme. It is our hope and wish that by empowering the children, families and communities, the cycle of poverty can be broken.

Sr Kong Kok Kee Michael graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1994. He started his career as a Valuation Executive with Knight Frank Cheong Hock Chye & Baillieu in Singapore.
In 1997, he returned to Malaysia to join a local property consultancy firm. Several years later, he left to establish his own practice and founded Macreal International Sdn Bhd.
Macreal International Sdn Bhd currently has seven offices in Peninsula Malaysia, three principal offices in the Central region, two branches in the southern region and two branches in the northern region.
Michael is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager in Malaysia, a Chartered Surveyor (UK), a Licensed Appraiser (Singapore) and an International Certified Valuation Specialist (US). He has also obtained a Certificate in Vessel Valuation from the Lloyd’s Maritime Academy (UK).
Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM), a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), an executive council member of the Business Valuers Association of Malaysia (BVAM), a former Vice President of FIABCI Malaysian Chapter and the Immediate Past President of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents & Property Consultants In the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS).
He is a member of the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS) and a former Honorary Secretary General of ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) Malaysian chapter.
He is currently a Consultant Valuer to Estate Exchange Consulting in Singapore. Michael was also a former External Examination Moderator for the School of Built Environment, Imperia Institute of Technology, an RICS APC assessor and Board of Valuers’ TPC Chairman.
He is currently an Industrial Advisor of TARUMT, an appointed Academic Board Member of the National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) as well as a member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah and Pengurus Harta).
Michael’s area of expertise is in Asset Appraisal (Real Estate, Plant & Machinery, Marine Vessels) and Business Valuation. Throughout his professional career of 30 years, he has undertaken numerous valuation consultancy assignments, both locally and overseas.
He has carried out investment appraisals and valuations for clients with properties in South East Asia, China and the Republic of Maldives.
Michael also specializes in litigation support valuation. He has represented several clients as expert witness in the court of law regarding real estate matters.
