From a small one man operation in 2006, the office has grown to a sizeable firm with a total present staff strength of 17.
The office has been moved several times from Desa Subang Permai to Ara Damansara and thereafter to 8 Avenue in Section 8, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Graduated with B.Sc. (Hons) Land Management from the East London University and began his career in valuation & property consultancy with Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd prior to setting up MacReal International Sdn Bhd.
He is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Association of Valuers & Property Consultants In Private Practice (PEPs). Apart being the member of The Malay Chamber of Commerce Kuala Lumpur, he is also an appointed Assessor by the Selangor High Court advising on land matters.
Azuan specializes in litigation valuation, compulsory land acquisition and market/feasibility study. He also has wide experience in valuation & property consultancy covering project development schemes, high-rise office buildings, hotels, shopping complexes and large plantations especially for corporate purposes and financing.
