Sr Chong is one of the principal directors and co-founders of MacReal International Sdn. Bhd. He has specialized in asset consultancy for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the Malaysia property market.
Sr Chong is very focused on valuations and market research for all property types in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. In addition, his office also managed various residential projects and commercial malls for over 10 years.
He is well-versed in Land Acquisition Act 1960 (Act 486), Rules & Orders; Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) & Regulations; National Land Code (Act 56 Of 1965) And Regulations; and Selangor Land Rules 2003 & Selangor Quarry Rules 2003.
Some of the valuation and market research tasks undertaken by the Subang Jaya office are; Valuation of Ibis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for IWK contribution purposes; Valuation of Harbour Place Mall, Klang for an intended purchase purpose; Valuation of Herbaline group properties within Klang Valley for financing purposes; Valuation of industrial, commercial and residential properties owned by Industrial Automation for loan purposes; Valuation of Wisma SCB, Chow Kit for internal management and IWK purposes; and Market research and feasibility study of a large parcel of residential land in Ampang Indah.
